Paint Shop Supervisor

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an experienced Paint Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day spray painting operations and ensure production, quality and process targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

- Plan daily production, allocate manpower and achieve production targets.
- Monitor paint mixing, viscosity, spray parameters, booth conditions and curing.
- Control painting defects, rejection, rework and paint wastage.
- Ensure required finish, gloss, DFT and adhesion standards.
- Supervise and train painters/operators and ensure SOP compliance.
- Ensure proper upkeep of spray guns, paint booths, ovens, conveyors and related equipment.
- Maintain production, quality, paint consumption and downtime records.
- Ensure PPE, safety, chemical handling,



housekeeping and 5S compliance.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 3–6 years in industrial/automotive spray painting.
- Hands-on knowledge of PU/2K painting, spray guns, paint mixing, paint defects and troubleshooting.
- Experience in plastic/automotive component painting preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling manpower and shift production.
