We provide evidence-based therapy services including Occupational Therapy, ABA Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, and Special Education to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pediatric therapy and a genuine interest in working with children with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and evaluate children’s developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s goals.
- Use play-based, sensory integration, and functional techniques to support children’s growth.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.




- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and case reviews.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Valid license or registration (as per state/local regulations).
- Experience with pediatric cases (especially autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, energetic, and child-friendly approach.
