OT Nurse – Ophthalmology
Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Ophthalmology OT experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the OT, instruments, surgical sets and consumables.
- Assist ophthalmic surgeons during cataract and other eye surgeries.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control protocols.
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
- Check and maintain OT medicines, consumables and emergency equipment.
- Maintain OT records, surgery checklists and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patient safety throughout the surgical procedure.
- Coordinate with surgeons, OT technicians, optometrists and other departments.
- Maintain OT cleanliness, hygiene and readiness as per hospital SOPs.
Pay: ₹10,669.01 - ₹25,681.28 per month
