Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day OT operations and workflow.

- Coordinate surgery schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and other departments.

- Supervise OT nurses, technicians, attendants, and support staff.

- Ensure OT readiness before every surgical procedure.

- Maintain availability of surgical instruments, consumables, implants, and emergency supplies.

- Coordinate with CSSD for sterilization and timely instrument availability.

- Ensure strict compliance with infection-control and surgical safety protocols.

- Monitor OT equipment, instruments, cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance.

- Maintain OT registers, records, checklists, and reports.

- Monitor OT utilization, turnaround time, delays, and cancellations.

- Coordinate with CSSD, pharmacy, stores, housekeeping, biomedical, blood bank, and other support departments.

- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.

- Handle operational issues and emergencies and escalate them appropriately.

- Train, guide, and monitor OT staff performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
