Job Summary The OT & Marketing Manager (Orthopedics) is a dual-responsibility role focused on clinical execution and brand growth. The candidate will drive strategic marketing campaigns, manage product positioning, and actively step into the Operation Theater (OT) to provide technical and clinical guidance to surgeons during live orthopedic surgeries (joint reconstruction, trauma, or spine).

Core Responsibilities

1. Operation Theater (OT) & Clinical Support

- In-OT Guidance: Provide real-time technical expertise and intra-operative support to orthopedic surgeons on product usage,



instrumentation, and surgical techniques.
- Case Preparation: Collaborate with hospital OT staff to ensure all necessary implants, sterile instrument sets, and backup inventory are ready before scheduled surgeries.
- Surgeon Training: Conduct dry-lab workshops, sawbones models, and simulated OT sessions to train doctors and medical staff on current medical devices.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM ORTHO BACKGROUND WITH 5+YRS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE ORTHOPEDICS FIELD.
