Role & responsibilities :

- Review and process customer orders accurately and on time

- Verify order details such as pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and payment terms

- Enter orders into the system and ensure data accuracy

- Coordinate with suppliers, sales team, freight forwarders, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment

- Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery

- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delays, or changes

- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as per company policy

- Prepare and maintain order-related documents and reports

- Resolve order discrepancies and customer queries efficiently

- Maintain proper records and update databases regularly

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable communication skills

- Good knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Prior experience in order processing
