Hugg (www.gethugg.com) makes natural gut-health drinks and jams, sold to thousands of customers across India. Every order has a person behind it. You make sure that person is happy — from the moment they order to the moment they reorder.

What you'll own

- Every customer conversation on WhatsApp, email and phone

- Order tracking, delivery issues, refunds and replacements — you close them, not pass them on

- Unhappy customer → repeat customer. That's the job.

- Collecting reviews from customers who love the product

Who this suits

- 1–5 years in customer support, e-commerce support or a chat process

- Writes clean, quick English and Hindi on WhatsApp — this is a writing job as much as a talking job

- Lives within commuting distance of [Area]

- 6 days a week, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, from our office (2 saturdays off- BONUS)

Pay: ₹8,445.58 - ₹33,239.81 per month
