Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL, Rapid Formula & Mastek EWS.
- Manage time entry, approvals, time valuation, shifts, rosters & scheduling.
- Gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Perform SIT/UAT, regression testing & production support.
- Handle integrations, reports, extensions with technical teams.
- Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks & user guides.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
- Manage stakeholders, incidents, RCA and compliance.
