Oracle Manufacturing Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Cloud Functional Consultant who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, functional configuration, business process mapping, testing, integrations, user training, and post-production support .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering, workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:

- Inventory Management

- Order Management

- Procurement

- Manufacturing

- Cost Management

- Planning

- PLM
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live.
- Prepare and execute CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation activities.
- Work closely with technical teams on SCM integrations with Finance and third-party systems.
- Validate integrations using FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs,



and SOAP APIs.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical development where required.
- Develop user training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support.
- Analyze the impact of Oracle quarterly Cloud updates and perform regression testing.
- Support business users in adopting optimized Oracle SCM processes and workflows.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall functional experience in Oracle SCM/Manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
- Robust experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in 2 3 or more full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Oracle Cloud certification in relevant SCM/Manufacturing modules is highly preferred.
