Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants for a PAN India Virtual Drive.

Candidates with 5–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and strong hands-on experience in ANY ONE of the below modules/skill areas are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement and/or production support projects.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design and functional discussions.
- Work with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams.
- Support SIT, UAT and production activities.
- Analyze and resolve functional/technical issues within agreed timelines.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation as required.
- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates,



regression testing and enhancements.
- Follow Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and project standards.
