We are hiring experienced Oracle EPM Consultants with 512 years of experience for multiple opportunities across India. Candidates should have strong techno-functional expertise in one or more Oracle EPM solutions, including Oracle Planning Cloud (EPBCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS), Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and FDMEE.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, application development/configuration, integrations, production support, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Candidates should also be comfortable working directly with customer IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EPM technical and functional solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, deploy, and support Oracle EPM applications.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation projects, enhancements, and production support engagements.
- Work closely with business users, customer IT teams, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EPM applications.
- Troubleshoot application, data, integration, metadata, security, and reporting issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolution for production issues.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and solution-design discussions.
- Support continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives.
- Work independently in client-facing environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to other team members where required.

Skill Area 1: Oracle Planning Cloud / EPBCS Candidates with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) experience should have:

- Robust techno-functional expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud / EPBCS.
- 7+ years of relevant Oracle EPM Planning experience preferred.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end EPBCS implementations.
- Hands-on experience in application design, development, configuration, deployment, and post-production support.
- Strong knowledge of Business Rules and Planning application functionality.
- Hands-on experience with Data Management / Data Exchange.
- Experience using EPM Automate and Smart View.
- Experience working on support and enhancement engagements.
- Ability to work directly with customer IT teams and business users.
- Oracle Planning Cloud certification will be an added advantage.

Skill Area 2: PCMCS / EPCM Candidates with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS) experience should have:

- Strong understanding of Profitability and Cost Management concepts and processes.

- For relevant specialist roles, experience in at least two end-to-end implementations is preferred.
