JD for BRM Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Billing Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation of telecom billing systems for large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), telecom billing processes, integration architecture, and TM Forum-aligned BSS/OSS ecosystems.

- Define and own the end-to-end billing architecture using Oracle BRM for telecom BSS transformation programs.

- Prepare high-level and low-level architecture documents, integration diagrams, data flows, and solution blueprints.

- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle BRM modules.

- Act as the subject matter expert for telecom billing capabilities such as: postpaid / Prepaid /IoT etc.

- 10+ years of experience in Telecom BSS / Billing domain.

- 5+ years of robust hands-on experience in Oracle BRM architecture / solution design.

- Experience in end-to-end telecom billing transformation programs.

- Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs, ODA, and SID
