About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated OPT Recruiter who has experience in hiring OPT, CPT, H1B, and STEM OPT consultants for US Clients. If you have valuable contacts with OPT candidates and know how to close deals fast, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Source OPT / CPT / H1B candidates from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal database
- Build and maintain strong pipeline of F1 OPT students through universities, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn groups, consultancies
- Screen candidates for visa status, work authorization, location, pay rate, and willingness to relocate
- Market OPT resumes to direct clients, prime vendors and implementation partners
- Negotiate pay rates, close candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Work on W2 and C2C requirements




- Maintain daily submissions tracker and follow-ups

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in OPT recruitment / US Staffing is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of US visa terms: OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Willing to work in US Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
- Target-driven mindset

Good to Have:

- Existing database of OPT candidates
- Experience in IT technologies: Java, Python, Data Analyst, QA, DevOps, .NET
- Experience working with direct clients
