Optometrist – Sales & Customer Service

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist with strong optical sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses based on customer needs.
- Provide professional advice on eyewear and lens options.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.
- Work closely with the optical sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Optometry.
- Previous experience as an Optometrist in an optical retail environment.
- Sales experience in optical/eyewear is highly preferred.
- Valuable communication, customer-handling and product knowledge.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹12,268.76 - ₹31,154.14 per month
