About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Writer who can take ownership of our LinkedIn company page and digital content presence.

The ideal candidate should have robust writing skills, understand LinkedIn content trends, and be capable of creating engaging, professional and technology-focused content that keeps the company page active, relevant and growing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish daily/regular LinkedIn content for the company page.

- Develop content around

- Company updates and announcements

- Technology and industry trends
- AI, Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded, RF, 5G and other deep-tech topics
- Employee achievements and workplace culture

- Hiring and recruitment campaigns
- Projects, capabilities and business milestones
- Industry events, celebrations and important days
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, polls and short-form content.
- Research industry trends and convert them into relevant LinkedIn content.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Work with internal teams to collect information and convert technical/business inputs into easy-to-understand content.
- Write compelling captions and content for company branding and employer branding.
- Coordinate with the design team or create basic creatives using tools such as Canva.
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms, trends and best practices.
- Support content requirements for recruitment campaigns, presentations,



website and other digital platforms when required.

Requirements
- 13 years of experience in content writing, social media content or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary and professional writing.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B/company-page content.
- Ability to research and write about technology and business topics.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Ability to convert technical information into simple, engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and content performance metrics is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience creating content for technology, IT, engineering, semiconductor, electronics or B2B companies.
