Operations & Placement Officer The Placement & Operations Officer will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the educational institution, with 60–70% focus on student and academic operations and 30–40% on placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage students, batches, attendance, schedules, and daily operations.
- Regularly follow up with students regarding attendance, progress, discipline, and engagement.
- Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Maintain student, trainer, attendance, and operational records.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and prepare regular reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruiters.
- Identify job/internship opportunities and coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.




- Connect eligible students with suitable job opportunities and track placement outcomes.
- Support students with basic placement preparation and skilled communication.
- Achieve operational and placement targets set by management.

Requirements:

Good communication, coordination, follow-up, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in education, training operations, recruitment, or placement is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
