We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with different departments and monitor daily operations.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding amounts.
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Escalate important issues to management when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Operations or Management.
- Real Estate / Construction experience preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong follow-up and team-management abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
