- Manage daily operations of Last Mile delivery hubs across multiple locations.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to transportation, reverse logistics, outbound logistics, inbound logistics, PTL (Partial Truck Load), and hub operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in delivery management and cluster operations.
