Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across design, development, and marketing projects to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, managing resource allocation, and monitoring project progress against timelines and quality standards.

Manager will implement and refine operational policies, maintain documentation, and use data to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement. The role includes collaborating with leadership on planning, budgeting, and capacity management,



as well as supporting client servicing teams to meet project requirements and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and resource planning.
- Experience with project management practices, tools, and methodologies in design, development, or marketing environments.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, structured reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a creative, tech, or consulting organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of design, web development, and digital marketing workflows is highly beneficial.
