Job Purpose To ensure timely and accurate execution of PKYC reminder communications through SMS and physical letter dispatch channels by coordinating with IT, Marketing, and external vendors, validating customer data, monitoring campaign execution, tracking delivery status, and maintaining communication records to support regulatory KYC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

PKYC - SMS Remainder Management

- Coordinate with the IT team to obtain PKYC SMS communication data as per the approved communication schedule.
- Ensure timely receipt of High-Risk and Low-Risk customer data extracts through designated shared folders.
- Validate customer data received from IT and Provide confirmation for SMS triggering
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for SMS campaign execution.
- Review and verify test SMS messages prior to customer communication rollout.
- Monitor campaign execution and Obtain and review SMS delivery reports

PKYC Physical Letter Dispatch Management





- Coordinate with the IT team for extraction of PKYC data for physical letter communication as per communication schedule
- Validate customer records before sharing the data with vendor.
- Review sample letter formats before printing and dispatch the letter to customer
- Coordinate with vendors for timely printing and dispatch of customer letters.
- Monitor dispatch timelines and obtain delivery reports from vendor.
- Update delivery status and supporting documents in the Document Management System (DMS).

Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0 to 2 years experience
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
- English and any one Regional Language is mandatory. Hindi speaking will be added advantage.
- Decent communication both written and verbal
