We are hiring Operations Executives for our international logistics operations on night shift. We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented candidates who can handle real-time tracking, coordination, data accuracy and follow-ups across multiple teams and systems.

Role & responsibilities

- Monitor fleet movement, trips, dashcams and yard activity through the shift
- Enter and verify operational data accurately across multiple systems
- Review records and reports against set rules and standards, and flag discrepancies
- Coordinate with drivers, field teams and internal staff over call, chat and email
- Escalate delays, discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs, reports and shift handover records
- Follow up on pending items until closure

Preferred candidate profile





- Solid written and spoken English you will be in direct daily contact with Canadian and US teams
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Comfortable with MS Excel, email and web-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working a fixed night shift, 5:00 PM 3:00 AM IST, six days a week
- Open to learning new tools and taking on varied responsibilities
- Freshers or experienced candidates welcome full training provided
- Prior experience in US/Canada trucking, freight or international back-office process is an advantage, not a requirement
