As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee – Manufacturing, you will work alongside experienced professionals in one of Reckitt's high-performance manufacturing facilities. This program offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure in manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational excellence within the rapid-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit to ensure smooth production flow.
Assist in monitoring process parameters and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen,



and Six Sigma activities.
Support maintenance and engineering functions to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.
Collaborate with shift supervisors and production engineers to meet production targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production/Industrial Engineering.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
