Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day company operations
- Monitor Managers/Team Leads and hold them accountable
- Track project deadlines and delivery
- Monitor Upwork billing and productivity
- Review DSR/Workfolio compliance
- Identify operational gaps before they reach you
- Coordinate with HR on attendance and employee issues
- Handle routine employee conflicts professionally
- Monitor quality and project performance
- Prepare a concise daily/weekly operations report for you




- Escalate only important matters requiring your involvement
