Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily D2C courier pickups from Mother Warehouse and 3PL warehouses.

- Ensure shipments are handed over to courier partners within defined SLA.

- Track pending pickups and coordinate with courier partners for closure.

- Monitor shipment ageing and delayed deliveries.

- Track courier-wise delivery TAT.

- Monitor NDR cases and ensure timely action.

- Track RTO shipments and identify reasons for high RTO.

- Coordinate customer reverse pickups and return shipments.

- Follow up on lost, damaged or untraceable shipments.

- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service and courier partners for shipment-related escalations.

- Maintain courier-wise and warehouse-wise performance MIS.

- Support the Senior Manager in courier performance reviews.

- Support onboarding/testing of alternate courier partners.

- Track claims and recoveries related to lost/damaged shipments.

- Ensure proper closure of daily logistics exceptions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
