Role Profile:-

This is a high customer-facing role requiring the individual to act as the bridge between the customer, and manufacturing site.

Job Summary:-

- Looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager Project Management to lead and coordinate customer-oriented pharmaceutical projects at our OSD formulation manufacturing facility.
- The role will be responsible for end-to-end management of CMO/CDMO projects, serving as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams. to drive project execution, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, and customer expectations.
- The candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical project management, OSD manufacturing, customer management, technology transfer, and cross-functional coordination, with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Required Qualifications:-

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Aualification/certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) would be an advantage.
- 16-20 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in OSD formulation manufacturing, CMO/CDMO, technology transfer, or pharmaceutical project management.
- Strong experience in managing customer-facing pharmaceutical projects.
- Experience in managing projects involving technology transfer, scale-up, validation, and commercial manufacturing is highly desirable.
