SPE - 1+yrs of exp in Cash/Position Reconciliation ctc upto 7lpa

SME - 4+yrs of exp in Cash/ Position Reconciliation ctc upto 10lpa

TL - 6+yrs of exp in Cash/ Position Reconciliation - with 2 yrs of Lead exp on paper ctc upto 14lpa

TM - 10+yrs of exp in Cash/ Position Reconciliation - with 2 yrs of Manager exp on paper ctc upto 18lpa

Experience in cash and/or position reconciliation within financial services or banking operations.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead capacity managing junior team members.
- Working knowledge of reconciliation platforms such as Intellimatch, AutoRek, SmartStream, or similar.
- Positive understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, and fund accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data tools is advantageous.
