Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporates, and other healthcare professionals.

- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, corporate offices, institutions, and potential referral sources.

- Generate leads and convert them into patient visits through effective follow-up and relationship management.

- Coordinate with doctors and clinical departments for referral development and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective referral programs, tie-ups, and partnerships with hospitals and medical institutions.

- Manage to achieve sales targets through targeted campaigns, events, and promotions.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in corporate marketing or related field (healthcare marketing).

- Strong understanding of hospital marketing, referral marketing, and tie-up strategies.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cutting-edge campaigns.
