Role & responsibilities

- Manage Hard Bucket portfolio (90+ DPD, NPA & Write-off accounts) for the assigned cluster.
- Drive recovery and collection targets through field teams, agencies, legal actions, and recovery vendors.
- Monitor collection performance and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate with Legal teams, advocates, and law enforcement agencies for recovery and repossession activities.
- Manage repo, release, stock management, and disposal of seized assets.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, identify recovery opportunities, and control losses.
- Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance requirements, and proper documentation.
- Handle and monitor Collection Managers, Executives, and Agencies to drive productivity.
- Prepare agency allocations, MIS reports, and track recovery milestones.
- Conduct field visits for critical, high-value, and skip cases.
- Provide periodic MIS, recovery forecasts,



portfolio performance analysis, and action plans to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile l Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Collections/Recovery within Banking, NBFC, HFC, or Vehicle Finance. l Mandatory experience in Hard Bucket Collections, Recovery, Repo, and Legal Collections.

l Strong knowledge of collection practices, recovery processes, and regulatory compliance.

l Experience in managing agencies and outsourced recovery teams.

l Positive negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.

l Ability to handle challenging customer situations and achieve recovery targets.
