Job role & responsibilities:-
- Proven experience in an IT/software development organization is required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal writing.
- Proven hands-on experience with Upwork is required.
- Must have experience in bidding, proposal submission, client communication, and lead conversion on Upwork.
- Must have a robust understanding of the IT services sales cycle and international client acquisition.
