1. Manage end-to-end Air Import Consolidation operations and ensure timely execution of shipment-related activities.
2. Coordinate with overseas associates, airlines, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless movement of cargo.
3. Liaise with CHA and Operations teams for timely customs clearance and delivery of consignments.
4. Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with overseas partners, airlines, and service providers to ensure cost competitiveness.
5. Monitor and facilitate timely processing of remittance-related documentation and statutory requirements.
6. Prepare, verify, and process payment advice and related operational documents.
7. Track operational costs and support cost-control initiatives to achieve budgeted targets and profitability objectives.

Coordinate issuance and administration of Marine Insurance policies and arrange insurance coverage for customer shipments as required.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, statutory requirements, and customer service standards.
10. Prepare operational reports/MIS and undertake any other duties assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.

Experience - 2 years of post qualification experience in Logistics Function Education - Full Time Graduate (Any Discipline)

Preferred Experience - Experience In Logistics Function Will Preferred
