We are looking for a young and energetic QA – Officer for our chicken processing plant. He will assist in maintaining Quality as per procedures and ensure 100% quality parameters in products. He has to plan, organize and direct his QC team to ensure there is no deviation in quality process flow and SOP’s

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the quality control in his area

· Follow laid down procedures of quality standards (ISO/ HACCP) to ensure food safety, statutory & company standards are maintained.

· Adherence to legal compliance of product and process including product labeling.

· Ensure the delivery of product for sale within specification.

· Maintain product traceability records

· Maintain all process monitoring records for audit purposes and documenting effectively





· Commit to plant quality procedures and prevent complaints.

· Monitoring factory and staff hygiene standards on daily basis and informing production/cleaning staff of any areas that require attention.

Requirement

· B.Sc., Life Sciences / M.Tech / B.Tech – Food Technology or equivalent degree

· Proven experience as QA in Meat industry with 3 - 5 years of experience

· Valuable communication and leadership skills

· Up-to-date with process involved in processing of meat and products

· Knowledge in basic computer programs (MS Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
