Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Odoo ERP, business process analysis, implementation, configuration, and customization, along with a good understanding of Odoo technical development and integrations.

You will work closely with clients, functional teams, and developers to deliver effective and scalable Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation and customization projects.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and process discussions.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance modules.
- Identify process gaps and recommend standard Odoo solutions or necessary customizations.
- Coordinate with technical developers for module development, customization, and integrations.
- Understand technical requirements and assist in defining functional and technical solutions.
- Participate in UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and post-go-live activities.
- Develop or coordinate reports, dashboards, workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure successful delivery of Odoo solutions within project timelines.
- Provide ongoing support and improvements based on client requirements.

Required Skills:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Strong understanding of Odoo Community and Enterprise Editions.




- Good experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing (MRP) and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance modules.
- Strong requirement-gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Good understanding of Odoo technical architecture and framework.
- Working knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with technical developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.

Technical Knowledge – Preferred

- Odoo module development and customization.
- REST API and third-party integrations.
- Data migration and Odoo version upgrades.
- Git and Linux.
- Docker knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling multiple Odoo implementation projects.
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage project requirements.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Ability to understand both business processes and technical solutions.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain domain will be an advantage.
