About the Role

AlphaWay Foods is looking for a passionate and hardworking Chef to join our team and help us create healthy, nutritious and convenient food products.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in cooking and be willing to learn and experiment with nutrition-focused recipes. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare healthy and nutritious meals according to standardized recipes.
- Assist in developing and testing new recipes and food concepts.
- Work closely with our Nutritionist/Dietitian to meet nutritional and portion requirements.
- Measure and maintain consistency in ingredients, portions, taste and quality.
- Experiment with healthy ingredients and different cooking methods.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and preparation of ingredients.
- Support recipe standardization and documentation.
- Contribute ideas for improving taste, nutrition, cost and convenience of food products.

Requirements




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic to good cooking skills.
- Interest in healthy, nutritious and fitness-oriented food.
- Willingness to learn and work according to nutritional specifications.
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Creative, responsible and willing to experiment with new recipes.
- Hotel Management / Culinary Arts qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹25000 – ₹30000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
