Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 CTC per month

/ Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain QC, Process, and Production reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper quality checks and process compliance as per defined standards.
- Support the NPD (New Product Development) team in developing and improving products.
- Assist in the re-design and modification of existing products based on requirements.
- Evaluate and support the assessment of alternative materials for product improvement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth implementation of process and product changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality, production, and process activities.
- Identify process-related issues and support the team in implementing corrective and preventive actions.




- Prepare presentations and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of quality control and production processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and mechanical components.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at the Roorkee manufacturing plant.
- Freshers with relevant academic/project experience can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
