nWe are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Sarjapur.
nJob ResponsibilitiesTeam Management

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.n
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.n
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.n
- Conduct daily sales huddles and regular performance reviews.n
- Train team members on lead qualification, pitching, objection handling and closing techniques.n
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve conversion.n

nLead & Sales Management

- Manage and monitor leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.n
- Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up by the sales team.n
- Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.n
- Monitor lead quality and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.n
- Personally handle high-value and priority customers when required.n
- Develop strategies to improve site visits and booking conversions.n

nCustomer Management

- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and buying objectives.n
- Guide customers towards suitable residential projects.n
- Assist the team in handling customer objections and negotiations.n
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.n
- Ensure a qualified customer experience throughout the sales process.n
