n. Role Overview
nThe SAP SD Support Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day operational support of the Sales & Distribution module, ensuring smooth execution of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
nThe role involves close interaction with business users, handling production issues, resolving incidents within SLA, and supporting continuous process improvement.
n2. Key Responsibilities
nA. Business Process Support (O2C)

- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes:n
- Inquiry / Quotationn
- Sales Order creationn
- Delivery & Pickingn
- Billing & Invoicingn
- Credit Managementn
- Understand current business workflows and operational constraints.n
- Identify gaps between business requirements and system behaviour.n

nB. Daily End-User Support
n
- n
- Handle daily SAP SD incidents and service requests.n
- Analyse and resolve errors in:n
- Sales order processingn
- Delivery creation and PGIn
- Billing documentsn
- Pricing conditionsn




- Output determination (invoice, delivery note, packing list)n
- Provide workarounds and permanent fixes for recurring issues.n

nC. Configuration & Issue Resolution

- Troubleshoot and maintain SD configurations:n
- Pricing procedures & condition recordsn
- Copy controln
- Output determinationn
- Incompletion proceduresn
- Schedule linesn
- Partner determinationn
- Identify configuration-related root causes and propose corrective actions.n

nD. Integration Support

- Support SD integration with:n
- FI (account determination, revenue posting, tax)n
- MM (ATP, delivery, stock, billing relevance)n
- WM/EWM (picking, packing, delivery processing)n
- Coordinate with FI/MM consultants for cross-module issues.n

nE. Master Data Support

- Support and validate:n
- Customer master datan
- Material master (sales views)n
- Pricing and tax master datan
- Assist
