Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu Role: Senior Field Service Engineer Work Mode: On-site Travel: PAN India What You'll Do As a Senior Field Service Engineer , you will be responsible for: Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN IoT and AI-based systems at customer sites. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues . Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.



Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams. Working closely with customers to understand issues, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions. Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation . Collaborating with our R&D;, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues. Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements. Following all required safety, quality, and service standards . Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.
