Role Description The Notion Specialist will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Notion workspaces that support Abroad HQ’s internal operations and student-facing workflows. Day-to-day tasks include creating databases, dashboards, and templates, optimizing information architecture, and ensuring data is organized and easily accessible for all team members.

The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and customer support teams to translate processes into structured Notion systems, as well as documenting standards and best practices.

The Notion

Specialist will also monitor usage,



troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Notion, including database design, relations, rollups, formulas, and creation of scalable workspaces and templates.
- Experience in workflow design and process mapping, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured systems.
- Solid organizational and information management skills, with attention to detail and consistency in documentation.
- Comfort working with productivity tools and integrations (e.g., task management, calendars, automation tools such as Zapier or Make) to enhance Notion workflows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train team members and gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, curiosity to experiment with recent features, and readiness to iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Preferred: Experience in an edtech or student-focused environment and familiarity with study-abroad processes or higher education systems.
