- Role Purpose Provide 24×7 L1 monitoring and production support through alert validation, ticket handling, standard diagnostics and approved service-restoration procedures. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor dashboards and alerts for all supported products and countries.

- Create, update and close tickets with complete timestamps, evidence and actions taken.

- Run approved health checks using Linux commands, SQL queries, logs and API tools.

- Follow incident priority, SLA, communication and escalation procedures. Execute checklist-based recovery activities only when authorized by a runbook.

- Perform post-recovery validation and continue observation for recurrence.

- Maintain shift handovers, daily checklists and pending-action trackers.

- Support deployment validation, data checks and routine operational requests. Continuously learn SavBill/FTTH, Mobility, SavMoney, CPass, GIS and BI workflows.
