We are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to support the development and implementation of new products in the manufacturing environment. The candidate will c oordinate with cross-

functional teams for product design, prototype development, testing, documentation, and prod uction support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support new product development activities from concept to production
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and purchase departments
- Prepare and maintain BOM in ERP system
- Implement ECR / ECN changes in product documentation
- Develop prototypes and support product testing & validation
- Prepare engineering documents, drawings, and process instructions
- Conduct product feasibility and root cause analysis
- Support production line during new product implementation




- Monitor trial builds and pilot production activities
- Ensure product quality and process improvement
- Maintain project timelines and development reports
- Coordinate with vendors for component development and approvals

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Current Product Development (NPD) process
- BOM Preparation & ERP System Knowledge
- ECR / ECN Implementation
- AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo knowledge
- Production & Manufacturing Support
