Role Overview The NPD Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of new product development for wiring harness systemsfrom concept to mass production—ensuring technical feasibility, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities for wiring harness projects

Drive APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan,



and product validation processes (complete documentation)

Ensure technical feasibility, process design validation, and timely sample approvals

Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT), customers, and suppliers

Manage ECN/ECR, customer drawings, specifications, and change management

Ensure control of Special Characteristics and compliance with IATF 16949 standards

Review and update development documents; share status updates with customers

Evaluate supplier submissions and manage non-conforming materials

Technical Competencies

Wiring harness design & manufacturing processes

APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, ECN management

IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards

Robust project management & communication skills
