NBD Executive – FMCG / Edible Oil

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented NBD Executive with strong experience in the FMCG industry, preferably Edible Oils, to handle new business development, lead follow-ups, client coordination, sales operations, and government tender activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily follow-ups on assigned leads and business enquiries.
- Handle online, primary and secondary business follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely lead closure.
- Maintain and regularly update lead, enquiry and order records.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports, order reports, EM Sheets and task reports.
- Track high-value clients and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal activities for government tenders.
- Identify and track relevant government tenders, particularly related to edible oil/FMCG products.
- Ensure timely tender submission, documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for tender-related requirements.
- Monitor conversion rates and identify reasons for low conversions.




- Participate in weekly business reviews and share performance insights.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in NBD, Business Development, Sales Coordination, CRM or Sales Operations.
- FMCG industry experience is mandatory/preferred, with Edible Oil experience highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal for Government Tenders is mandatory.
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.

5 Important Points
- FMCG experience is mandatory; Edible Oil experience will be highly preferred.
- Hands-on GeM Portal experience for Government Tenders is mandatory.
- Strong experience in NBD / Business Development / Sales Coordination.
- Good command of MS Excel, MIS and daily reporting.
- Strong client coordination, follow-up and conversion skills.
