: Team Leader / Assistant Manager Zonal Network Operations

- Location: Noida & Kolkata
- Experience: 3-6 Years (Hospital Operations, Provider Management, or TPA Desk Operations)
- Role Summary: Manage daily hospital network operations within the assigned zone. Act as the operational bridge between local hospitals, the KAM team, and the insurer to resolve real-time queries, desk issues, and tariff discrepancies.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of escalation for hospitals and insurers regarding daily network access, tariff application, and portal/system issues.
- Coordinate directly with hospital TPA desks to ensure adherence to agreed tariffs and package rates.
- Assist the KAM in tracking zonal metrics, field queries, and hospital grievance redressal.
- Conduct periodic site visits and check-ins with empanelled hospitals to maintain solid working relationships.
