Divine Engineering Services pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced NDT Engineer to ensure the quality and integrity of engineering and fabrication products through effective Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), inspection, reporting, and coordination with clients and Third-Party Inspectors (TPI).
* Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare NDT procedures as per applicable standards and client requirements.
- Perform and supervise DPT, MT, UT & RT activities at project/job sites.
- Prepare detailed NDT reports and submit them to TPI/clients.
- Witness NDT activities during TPI/client inspections.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment.
- Identify structural/material defects and accurately interpret NDT results.
- Conduct weld inspection and testing for welder qualification.
- Train NDT Level-I personnel and demonstrate NDT methods to clients.
- Handle client/TPI queries related to NDT procedures and reports.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Maintain project status reports and communicate departmental activities to management.
- Allocate work/proxy responsibilities during manpower shortages.
* Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in NDT/QA-QC, preferably in heavy fabrication, structural fabrication, pressure vessels, or engineering projects.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- ASNT Level II / Level III certification in relevant NDT methods.
- Strong knowledge of DPT, MT, UT & RT.
- Good knowledge of NDT procedures, standards, and result interpretation.
- Experience in dealing with TPI, clients, and consultants..
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
