Key responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
2. Build AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent agents.
3. Implement RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
4. Integrate LLM capabilities with existing applications and APIs.
5. Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams.
6.



Ensure security, governance, performance, and compliance.

Key skills and experience required

1. Java (11/17/21) and/or Python development experience.
2. Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
3. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama models.
4. Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel.
5. Vector databases: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Chroma DB, Weaviate, Milvus.
6. Kafka, Redis/Key DB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Click House.
7. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
8. ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, AI observability.
9. Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Digital Banking domains.
10. AI/Cloud certifications are preferred.
11. Strong analytical and communication skills.
12. Hands-on AI/Generative AI exposure.
