nAbout the Role
nExcelien is looking for a Sales Support Executive to own the procurement and order-support process end-to-end, from quote generation to invoicing, while also supporting CRM management and coordination between sales, clients and vendors. This role is central to keeping deals moving accurately and on time.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Prepare accurate, professional client quotations quickly and independently, with minimal supervisionn
- Generate, verify and issue invoices in line with agreed pricing, terms and vendor/procurement detailsn
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities and client accountsn
- Keep documentation (POs, vendor communications, client correspondence) organized and audit-readyn
- Identify, reach out to and build relationships with new vendors/suppliersn




- Maintain and strengthen existing vendor relationships to secure better pricing, terms and turnaround timesn
- Work directly with Excelien's global teams (across time zones) to align on client requirements, pricing and delivery timelinesn
- Act as a coordination point between international stakeholders and local vendors/clients to keep processes moving smoothlyn

nRequired Skills & Experience

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, procurement or order management role - hands-on experience preparing quotes and invoices is mandatory, not just exposuren
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (any major CRM - specific platform experience a plus)n
- Robust MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for pricing calculations and trackingn
- High attention to detail - errors in quotes/invoices directly affect client trust and marginsn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests without missing deadlinesn
- Good written
