n• Conducting a privacy impact assessment of proposed rules on the privacy of personal information, including the type of personal information collected and the number of people affected
n• Work with other internal stake holders to enable the implementation of privacy requirements within the organization
n• Conduct privacy assessments for applications, departments as required by the identified project plan.
n• Document identified issues and discuss with business owners for their review and acceptance.
n• Communicate issues with various stake holder and track implementation and closure of these issues.
n• Support periodic reporting of the issues as required by management.
n

nTechnical Security Controls – encryption, IAM,



pseudonymization, SIEM, tokenization
nPrivacy-by-Design – SDLC reviews, API security, cloud architecture assessments
nPrivacy Audit & Testing – control testing, technical evidence review, API review, encryptions
nBreach Assessment – breach classification, notification timelines, incident response review
nCloud / Technical solutions - Secure Technical architecture for Cloud platforms, API, etc.
nData Mapping & Inventory – RoPA, data flow diagrams, PII classification, discovery tools
