Job Description
We are looking for a Design Executive to support the design and execution of managed office and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace design, excellent technical drawing skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.

- Develop and execute design concepts and proposals for managed office and commercial workplace projects.n
- Prepare space plans, layouts, design presentations, and detailed technical drawings.n
- Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.n
- Prepare and review detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software.n
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.n
- Ensure designs are practical, space-productive, and aligned with workplace standards and project requirements.n
- Support material, furniture, finishes, lighting,



and other design selections.n
- Ensure design implementation follows applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and sustainability practices.n
- Participate in client presentations, design discussions, site visits, and project review meetings.n
- Coordinate design deliverables and timelines to ensure projects are completed within agreed schedules.n
- Review site execution and provide design inputs to ensure the final output aligns with the approved design intent.n
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.n

nQualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.n
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably in office or workplace pn
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD,Enscape ,VRay .n
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microso
