Job Summary

Wesco is looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Plugins, Power Automate, and CRM Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementation projects.
- Define technical architecture and solution designs.
- Develop and manage Dynamics CRM Plugins.
- Design and implement automation using Power Automate.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Review existing CRM solutions and recommend improvements.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex CRM and integration issues.
- Collaborate with functional teams,



business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of total experience.
- 10+ years of relevant MS Dynamics Architect experience.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Plugins.
- Strong experience with Power Automate.
- Strong experience in CRM Implementation.
- Excellent solution architecture and technical design skills.

Additional Requirements
- Bangalore location.
- Hybrid work model.
- Candidates with Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
- Notice period should not exceed 30 days.
