We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Senior Kitchen Designer to create drawings - 2D, 3D presentations for our clients. The Designer will be required to consider the intended purposes of each kitchen, along with clients' style preferences, when drafting such plans. You should also ensure adherence to stipulated building and safety codes during each phase of the project.

To be successful as a Kitchen and wardrobes Designer, you should be an expert multitasker with a knack for outstanding customer service. All in all interior designer as well - living areas, bedrooms, tv units etc also to be designed.

Kitchen Designer Responsibilities

● Meeting with clients to ascertain the intended functions and appearance of each space.

● Anticipating and informing clients of additional features which may be of use to them.

● Giving careful consideration to the placement of built-in Kitchen Appliances, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure safety.

● Creating a plan which details the layout - of kitchen cabinets along with built-in Kitchen Appliances and appearance of all installations and loose furniture.

● Suggesting appropriate materials and finishes, and providing client satisfaction of any number of revisions until order closure.

● Assisting clients to select and supervise the work of independent contractors on site until “hand off”, of their kitchen, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with clients' visions.

● Your role would also be to coordinate with the delivery & installation team until complete hand-off of the kitchen. If any Service related issues persists,



you will have to coordinate with the client and the service team to get the issue fixed.

● Informing clients about appropriate care for their kitchens.

● Keeping a record of hours and activities completed to ensure that clients are billed accurately.

● Observing prescribed building and safety regulations.

● Improve customer’s experience and stimulate sales of kitchen designs.

● Provide courteous and interactive support to customers by offering kitchen design according to their requirements.

● Assist guests and complete design, sale remodeling projects to fulfill all guests’ needs.

● Implement selling and operational kitchen design processes.

● Perform as main contact for client from end to end till sale closure and installation of kitchens,

Maintenance in future for the installed kitchen.

● Should be able to implement and understand Modular Kitchen design, how to pick and choose the right cabinets - tall units, floor units, accessories, finishes, countertop material etc

● Provide creative solutions and design to meet or exceed clients needs.

● Interact with clients to know about their needs, requirements and budgetary limits.

● Presentation to the client once the design is completed - drawings, elevations 2D, 3D renders etc.





● Should be able to provide high quality 3D renders for presentation purposes and also should have knowledge of working with the rendering softwares like lumion, 3ds max, maya etc

● Promote indoor installation services along with indoors value propositions.

● Schedule initial customer home/site visits as well as coordinate with the responsible project/site manager.

● Verify “as is” measurements and prepare scope of work. Should be able to explain the built in appliances needed for the clients kitchen as per theri drawing and requirements and push for appliances closure along with the kitchens.

● Maintaining confidentiality with client details and any other numbers, outside of work.

Kitchen Designer Requirements

● High school degree.

● BE Civil/Architecture

● Prior experience as a Kitchen Designer and Interior Designer

● Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools.

● Tools - Winner (by Compusoft), AutoCad, Sketch up, 3ds Max, Revit, lumion

● Should be able to do 2d, 3d renders and presentation(sketchup) - very valuable quality HD renders

● Catalog of completed blueprints, plus completed kitchens.

● In-depth knowledge of and strict adherence to the area's building codes.

● Top-notch communication and customer service skills.

● Active listening skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Respect for differing opinions, styles, and financial situations.

● Excellent and fluent English speaking, writing, communication skills

● Other languages - Kannada(must), Telugu, hindi, etc optional
